The model DFC-36 dual flyer conical type pay-off is designed for continuous operation at speeds up to 3000 fpm. Each cone has a 36" inside diameter constructed of 16 ga. steel and reinforced with a rolled 1/4" x 2 x 2 angle iron ring. The cones are sprayed with an insulation for sound deadening. The pay-offs are mounted on a solid 2 x 2 tubular base with an exit height of 24". A ceramic wire guide at the exit end keeps the conductor centered in the cone.
